By accessing or using Court Date Tracker (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you’re using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Platform Purpose

Court Date Tracker is a legal productivity tool that helps users organize court dates, manage case information, and generate legal documents. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, representation, or services.

4. Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account access with others or impersonate another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any unauthorized or abusive behavior.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium features requires a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the interval selected (e.g., monthly, annual).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
• All payments are final. No refunds are provided unless required by law.
• Payment processing is securely handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, templates, and documentation are the intellectual property of Diligent Media Solutions, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of content you upload or input into the system, but grant us a limited license to process and display it solely for your use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to violate any law or court order.
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

8. Generated Documents

Documents generated by the platform are for informational and draft purposes only. They should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before filing or submitting to any court.

We are not responsible for the legal sufficiency, formatting, accuracy, or outcome of any document produced through the system.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon termination, access to the platform and all stored data will cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court Date Tracker and Diligent Media Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

We provide the service “as-is” without any express or implied warranties.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diligent Media Solutions, LLC, its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
