Document Privacy
Your documents are private and only accessible to you — or users you’ve explicitly shared them with. Court Date Tracker staff cannot view your legal content unless you grant explicit, time-limited access for support purposes.
Limited Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors, hosting platforms) for the purpose of delivering our services — under strict confidentiality agreements.
Data Ownership & Portability
You own your legal data. You may export or delete your documents and case files at any time. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.
Compliance & Responsibilities
While we implement enterprise-grade protections, users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Ensuring they download, store, or print sensitive documents securely
- Reporting any suspected breach or suspicious activity immediately
